The object of this research for the pencil manufacturing industry, mainly visited the Zhejiang Hongxing Stationery Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Best Softening Board Co., Ltd., a detailed understanding of the enterprise in the process of filing problems and the next step of the work intends to further promote the county's enterprise skills level filing work by mapping out the situation.
It is reported, at present our county has three enterprises to complete the skill level filing work, two of which have carried out the skill level recognition work and training of nine highly skilled personnel. At the same time, Qingyuan County Vocational High School, as the only social evaluation agency in the county, successfully completed the appraisal program for the year, training electricians, tea masters and other skilled personnel 231 people.
Promoting skill level recognition is one of the important initiatives to cultivate skilled personnel in our county. With the step-by-step abolition of the skill personnel level evaluation category of professional qualifications, third-party evaluation organizations and skill level recognition organizations have become particularly important. The enterprise skill level recognition work has cultivated talents for enterprises and improved the quality of their employees. In the long run, changing the level evaluation of skilled personnel from governmental recognition to the implementation of social level recognition and accepting the recognition and test of the market and the society further promotes the transformation of governmental functions and the formation of a market-oriented mechanism for the training and use of skilled personnel, which is conducive to the promotion of industrial upgrading and high-quality development.
